These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and your engagement of web design, build, and support services from Go Cloud Labs (“Go Cloud Labs”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a Perth-based studio serving trades and service businesses across Australia and New Zealand. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

We provide website design and build, UX and visual design, and ongoing website support and hosting, typically beginning with a free 15-minute discovery call (the “Clarity Check”), followed by a proposal, design and build phase, and post-launch support.

Enquiries and Proposals

Submitting an enquiry through our Clarity Check or Contact forms does not create a binding contract. A binding agreement for services only comes into effect once we have agreed a proposal, quote, or scope of work with you in writing.

Pricing

Pricing is provided on application and tailored to each project’s scope. Specific fees, payment schedules, and deliverables will be set out in your individual proposal or agreement, not on this website.

Client Responsibilities

To help us deliver your project on time, you agree to provide timely feedback, content, access credentials, and approvals reasonably requested during the design and build process.

Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, once a project is paid in full, you own the final website, its content, and your domain name. Underlying tools, frameworks, and any pre-existing Go Cloud Labs code libraries or templates remain our property.

Hosting and Support

Post-launch hosting and support, including our Recall Host managed hosting service, is optional and provided under separate terms, which may include our Acceptable Use Policy and a separate hosting agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, the Go Cloud Labs name, logo, and the gestalt visual pattern, is owned by or licensed to Go Cloud Labs and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Cloud Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia & New Zealand, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of each location.
