This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, changes, and refunds are handled for Go Cloud Labs’ Clarity Check calls, web design and build projects, and Recall Host hosting services.
Clarity Check Calls
Clarity Check calls are a free 15-minute discovery call and carry no charge, so no refund applies. If you need to reschedule or cancel a booked call, please let us know as early as you can using the details provided in your booking confirmation.
Website Design and Build Projects
Specific payment schedules, milestones, and cancellation terms for design and build projects are set out in your individual proposal or agreement, since these vary by project scope. As a general approach:
- Deposits or upfront payments reflect time and resources committed to your project and are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
- Fees for work already completed up to the point of cancellation are payable.
- Any amount paid in advance for work not yet carried out will be reviewed and, where reasonable, refunded or credited.
Hosting Services (Recall Host)
Recall Host hosting is billed on an ongoing basis as set out in your hosting agreement. You may cancel hosting services at any time by providing notice as described in your agreement. Fees already paid for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, and hosting will continue until the end of that period unless otherwise agreed.
Exceptional Circumstances
Where something has gone wrong on our end, we will always try to find a fair resolution, which may include a partial refund, credit, or additional work at no extra cost, considered on a case-by-case basis.
