The Challenge
A trades business that needed a website to match their reputation
When Craig and Bridget first came to us in 2016, they needed a digital presence that would generate enquiries, build trust with homeowners and businesses, and hold up long-term — not just look good on launch day.
Nearly a decade later, the challenge had changed. The original site was solid, but Google’s landscape had shifted, mobile usage had exploded, and the site needed modernising from the ground up without losing what already worked.

The first build in 2016 was clean, functional, and optimised for local search across Canterbury — a proper foundation for a new business building its reputation. Over the following years, we handled ongoing updates, hosting, and maintenance so Craig and Bridget could focus on running the business, not the website.
The 2025 rebuild brought everything up to modern standards: mobile-first layout, faster load times, cleaner UX, local SEO structured for how people actually search today, an integrated blog, and a contact system tied directly into their booking workflow.
