Common Website Problems

My website looks outdated — what can you actually do about it?

We give it a fresh look, faster load times, and a layout that works properly on phones — without you having to diagnose what’s wrong first.

Usually it comes down to local SEO — proper headings, location signals, and content structured so Google understands what you do and where you work. That’s part of what we fix as standard.

That’s usually a conversion problem, not a traffic problem — unclear calls-to-action, buried contact details, or a site that doesn’t build enough trust to make someone pick up the phone. We rebuild around getting the call, not just the click.

Yes — that’s what ongoing support and hosting are for. We handle the maintenance so you’re not the one googling “why is my site down” at 9pm.

It’s common, but it shouldn’t be. Most of your customers are searching on their phone, not a desktop, so we build mobile-first from the start, not as an afterthought.

Our Process & Timelines

We’ll get in touch to arrange a free 15-minute call. On that call, we talk through what’s going on with your current site (or what you need if you’re starting from scratch), and you’ll walk away with a straight answer on what we’d recommend and what it’d cost.

No — just show up with whatever’s bugging you about your current site, or a rough idea of what you need. We’ll ask the right questions from there.

It depends on the size and complexity of the site, but we’ll give you a specific timeline once we understand the scope — that’s one of the things covered on the Clarity Check.

A finished, mobile-first WordPress site built around getting you enquiries — plus, if you choose ongoing support, hosting and maintenance so you’re not left managing it alone.

Pricing, Scope & Ownership

It depends on what you need, so we don’t publish a flat rate — pricing is worked out based on scope (how many pages, what features, whether it’s a rebuild or a new build) and confirmed on your Clarity Check call.

Every project’s scoped individually, but most builds include design, development, mobile optimisation, and a foundation for local SEO. Anything beyond that — like ongoing support or hosting — is discussed and agreed upfront, so there are no surprises later.

You do. Once the project’s complete, the site, content, and domain are yours.

Support, Hosting & Usability

Optional. Some clients want us handling everything long-term, others just want the build and prefer to manage things themselves — either works.

Yes — we build on WordPress specifically because it’s manageable for non-technical business owners, and we can walk you through the basics if you’d like to make small updates yourself.

If you’re on our ongoing support and hosting, we handle it — that’s the whole point. If you’re managing your own hosting, we can still help troubleshoot, though response times may vary depending on the arrangement.

Results & Performance

We can’t promise a number, but a site built for speed, mobile use, and clear calls-to-action consistently performs better than one that isn’t. Combined Pest Control, one of our longest clients, has had zero days of downtime across two full rebuilds and still turns visitors into phone calls a decade on.

We build in Elementor with a focus on clean structure and performance — proper image optimisation, minimal unnecessary plugins, and pages built with speed in mind from the start. It’s not about avoiding tools, it’s about using them carefully so load times stay fast.

Yes — every build is mobile-first from day one, not adjusted after the fact. Given most of your customers are searching on their phones, this is treated as essential, not optional.

Where We Work

No — we work with service and e-commerce businesses across Australia and New Zealand, UK. Wherever you’re based.

Everything can be handled remotely — calls, updates, and ongoing support — which is how most of our clients prefer it. If you’re local and want to meet in person, that can be arranged too.

Yes — while a lot of our work is with tradies and service businesses, we’ve also built for eCommerce brands, property developers, and charities. If you’re unsure whether we’re a fit, that’s exactly what the Clarity Check is for.
