Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 13 September 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) applies to clients using Go Cloud Labs’ managed hosting service, Recall Host, and any other hosting or website support services we provide. It should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions.

Purpose

This Policy sets out how our hosting services may and may not be used, to keep hosted websites secure, stable, and available for all clients.

Permitted Use

Recall Host hosting is provided for legitimate business websites and related services, consistent with the scope agreed in your hosting agreement.

Prohibited Activities

You must not use Recall Host hosting, or any website we host, to:

  • Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
  • Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or engage in phishing.
  • Host or distribute illegal content, including content that infringes another party’s intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, servers, or networks.
  • Run activities that place unreasonable load on shared server resources, such as cryptocurrency mining or excessive automated scraping.
  • Store or process sensitive data, such as full payment card numbers, without appropriate safeguards and agreement in place.

Security

We apply reasonable security measures to hosted websites, including spam protection (hCaptcha) on forms. Clients are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for promptly reporting suspected security issues to us.

Monitoring and Enforcement

We may monitor hosting resources for performance, security, and compliance with this Policy. If we reasonably believe a hosted website breaches this Policy, we may suspend or restrict access to the affected service while we investigate, and will aim to notify you where practical.

Consequences of Breach

Serious or repeated breaches of this Policy may result in suspension or termination of hosting services, in line with your hosting agreement.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
